4. Payments and Pricing

  • All prices are shared through quotations or agreements before project initiation

  • Payments must be made as per the agreed schedule

  • Delays in payment may result in work suspension or additional charges

  • Taxes, government fees, or statutory charges are borne by the client unless specified

5. Project Timelines

  • Timelines are estimated and may vary due to design changes, material availability, approvals, or unforeseen circumstances

  • ImperiaRealty will not be liable for delays caused by factors beyond reasonable control

6. Design Ownership & Intellectual Property

  • All designs, drawings, concepts, and layouts remain the intellectual property of ImperiaRealty until full payment is received

  • Clients may not reuse, copy, or share designs without written permission

7. Third-Party Services

  • ImperiaRealty may recommend or coordinate with third-party vendors

  • We are not responsible for defects, delays, or disputes arising from third-party services or products

8. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Project cancellations must be made in writing

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after deducting completed work, design fees, and administrative charges

  • Advance payments for completed stages are non-refundable

9. Limitation of Liability

  • ImperiaRealty shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Liability, if any, shall be limited to the value of services rendered

10. Confidentiality

  • All client data, designs, and project details are treated as confidential

  • Information will not be shared with third parties except as required for project execution or by law

11. Modifications to Terms

ImperiaRealty reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be effective immediately upon publication.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of local courts.
